The 3rd coordination meeting reviewed implementation status, budget follow-up and the structure of the Educational Toolkit, and folded participant feedback from the Kassel training into the four training modules.
The face-to-face Training of Trainers in the Kassel region brought partners and participants together for farm visits, practical exercises and knowledge exchange on regenerative agriculture.
After the online preparation sessions, partners are getting ready for the face-to-face Training of Trainers in the Kassel region on 8–10 July 2026, hosted by TRIEBWERK.
Partners presented country-based research on farming challenges, policy, market conditions and awareness of regenerative agriculture, preparing the ground for the face-to-face training.
Delivered online by the TRIEBWERK team, the opening session covered the origins, definitions and foundations of regenerative agriculture, from soil health to carbon credits.
Regenerative agriculture is not only a technical subject. The Training of Trainers builds the teaching capacity that turns project knowledge into practice in each partner country.
Partners met online on 29 January 2026 to confirm progress against the schedule and to plan the needs analysis, the project website and the Training of Trainers in Germany.
The world map, the leaf and root, the wheat, the tractor and turbines, the EU symbol and the circular arrow — every element of the GreenHarvest logo carries part of the project's vision.
Climate change, soil degradation, water scarcity and biodiversity loss are reshaping farming. GreenHarvest was built to answer those pressures with practical, transferable knowledge.
Partners reviewed overall progress, closed the WP1 payment procedures and agreed the focus of the WP2 needs analysis that feeds the Educational Toolkit.
Focus groups, stakeholder consultations and questionnaires across the four partner countries identified the priority training needs that now shape the Educational Toolkit.
On 20 October 2025 the five partner organisations met online to introduce themselves, align on objectives and timeline, and open the first phase of the project.
