On 20 October 2025, the GreenHarvest project officially started with an online kick-off meeting that brought together all five partner organisations from Türkiye, Germany, Romania, and Portugal.
Hosted by the project coordinator, the Mersin Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry (Türkiye), the meeting gave the partners the opportunity to introduce themselves, share their expertise, and align on the project’s goals and next steps.
The agenda covered:
- Mutual introduction of partner organisations and their roles
- Overview of the project objectives, activities, and timeline
- Agreement on communication channels and reporting procedures
- Planning of upcoming activities, including the development of the educational toolkit and training preparation
With this kick-off, the consortium is now entering the first project phase, focusing on needs assessment and the development of educational materials.
