GreenHarvest Partners Held the 2nd Bi-Monthly Coordination Meeting

The GreenHarvest project partners came together online on 29 January 2026 for the second bi-monthly coordination meeting. The meeting brought together partner organisations from Türkiye, Germany, Romania and Portugal to review the progress of the project and plan the next implementation steps.

During the meeting, partners confirmed that the project is progressing in line with the planned schedule. Key topics included the completion of WP1-related procedures, the upcoming WP2 Needs Analysis and Preliminary Research process, the development of the project website and digital platform, and the Training of Trainers activity to be organised in Germany.

Partners also discussed dissemination responsibilities, social media visibility, budget tracking and financial documentation. Special attention was given to collecting proper evidence for project activities, including attendance lists, meeting photos, screenshots and supporting documents.

The meeting strengthened coordination among partners and ensured a clear common understanding of the next project milestones. Through regular communication and shared responsibilities, GreenHarvest continues to move forward towards developing practical and accessible learning resources on regenerative agriculture.
