Project Activities

GreenHarvest is implemented through four interconnected work streams, each feeding the next.

    WP1

    Project Management and Coordination

    Continuous coordination, monitoring and evaluation across all partners, ensuring transparent communication, quality assurance and alignment with EU values throughout the 22-month project lifecycle.

    Toolkit and Educational Content Development

    Development of the GreenHarvest Educational Toolkit, four training videos and a multilingual digital learning platform covering soil regeneration, agroforestry, climate adaptation and sustainable entrepreneurship.

    WP3

    Training, Testing and Engagement

    A five-day Training of Trainers programme in Germany followed by local pilot trainings in each partner country, reaching at least 80 farmers and agricultural professionals.

    WP4

    Dissemination, Exploitation and Sustainability

    Newsletters, multiplier events in each partner country, an online conference and a long-term sustainability plan to ensure the project's results remain accessible and impactful well beyond the funding period.

Timeline

What has happened so far

Each milestone below is documented in the project news.

  1. 20 October 2025

    Online kick-off meeting

    All five partner organisations met online to align on objectives, roles and the first phase of work.

  2. 29 January 2026

    2nd bi-monthly coordination meeting

    WP1 procedures closed and the WP2 needs analysis prepared.

  3. Spring 2026

    Needs Assessment & Preliminary Research

    Focus groups, stakeholder consultations and questionnaires across the four partner countries.

  4. 2 & 9 June 2026

    Two online training sessions

    Foundations of regenerative agriculture, then country-by-country research findings.

  5. 8–10 July 2026

    Training of Trainers, Kassel

    Face-to-face field training hosted by TRIEBWERK, with visits to regenerative farms.

  6. 26 August 2026

    3rd coordination meeting

    Educational Toolkit structure agreed; ToT feedback folded into the four training modules.

  7. November 2026 upcoming

    Next coordination meeting

    Upcoming — toolkit completion, training videos and local pilot trainings.
