About the project
Regenerative agriculture is not only a set of techniques. It is a way of working with soil, water, biodiversity and climate so that farms stay productive and farmers stay resilient.
GreenHarvest is implemented within the Erasmus+ Programme under the Small-scale Partnerships in Adult Education (KA210-ADU) action. It runs for 22 months, from September 2025 to June 2027, promoting sustainable and regenerative agricultural practices through education, innovation and international cooperation.
It is coordinated by the Mersin Directorate of Provincial Agriculture and Forestry in Türkiye, with a consortium that combines agricultural expertise, adult education, sustainability and community development across four countries.
The needs assessment behind the project was clear on one point: people want practical guidance. Field demonstrations, applied sessions, local examples and short, easy-to-follow material — not theory alone. That finding shapes everything GreenHarvest produces.

Continuous coordination, monitoring and evaluation across all partners, ensuring transparent communication, quality assurance and alignment with EU values throughout the 22-month project lifecycle.
Development of the GreenHarvest Educational Toolkit, four training videos and a multilingual digital learning platform covering soil regeneration, agroforestry, climate adaptation and sustainable entrepreneurship.
A five-day Training of Trainers programme in Germany followed by local pilot trainings in each partner country, reaching at least 80 farmers and agricultural professionals.
Newsletters, multiplier events in each partner country, an online conference and a long-term sustainability plan to ensure the project's results remain accessible and impactful well beyond the funding period.

All five partner organisations met online to align on objectives, roles and the first phase of work.
29 January 2026
WP1 procedures closed and the WP2 needs analysis prepared.
Spring 2026
Focus groups, stakeholder consultations and questionnaires across the four partner countries.
2 & 9 June 2026
Foundations of regenerative agriculture, then country-by-country research findings.
8–10 July 2026
Face-to-face field training hosted by TRIEBWERK, with visits to regenerative farms.
